Annual Technical Updates

Annual technical updates consist of the analysis of relatively minor plan revisions, such as changes in land-use designations, implementation actions and review of plan consistency with ordinances and regulations. The annual technical updates are not comprehensive in nature and generally will consist of specific matters that require action. Limited data collection and analysis of current trends will be needed for plan Amendments initiated through annual technical updates.
